  1. My system is to schedule things only on Monday and Tuesdays, and never on the rest of the week. If some family thing occupies the weekend, I may block off that following Monday and Tuesday, because my capacity is only 2 days of appointments per week. My max capacity is 2 days a week. I work remotely up to 7 days a week at home which is overlooked by everyone and I am beyond max capacity. Really, I can't even take the Monday and Tuesdays but must have doctors appointments/dentists/haircuts/grocery shop worked in at some point.
