  1. No, it didnt matter. China has been over counting their births for at least two decades, close to 100 million. Now all that expected growth is not going to show up. Nothing will save the Chinese housing market. They are probably already declining population wise which me the demand pressure will be non existent and every year it will just get worse and worse. If current projections are true they will be at 650 million people by 2050.
