@wesleylee6575 Are these houses the tofu dreg ones? Most of these houses or apartment towers wont survive the coming decade due to shoddy construction.

@aryaaswale7316 Chinese people dont trust banks. For obvious reasons. Homes are their retirement accounts. One of the issues is that the growth of people in China has come to a standstill. So demand is ebbing. This is going to be something that is felt in the rest of the world over the next 50 years. Demand is going to start dropping, it will be interesting to see.

@darkhorseman8263 No but Chinese investors may be forced to sell assets abroad to cover domestic losses. That could be huge in certain areas. Akin to Japan deinvestment in the late 80s in certain areas in the US.
