  1. People see this small dip in the rate of inflation as ah see, we just need baby steps. But inflation increased in all areas of the economy except oil and energy. That declined. Oil declined because inflation has hit so hard no one can drive as much combined with the Biden admins release of more oil from the strat oil reserve. And natural gas went down because of the Freeport LNG plant explosion in May, thus increasing domestic supplies reducing prices. But Freeport reopens in Sept. Which means in time for winter natural gas prices will go back up and oil will follow when after the mid terms the strat oil reserve is cut off and Russian oil stops coming out of the Baltic. Oil prices will shoot back up and with those two things rising, so will inflation. We will be lucky if we only hit 11% inflation, by Dec. People are kidding themselves that they can take half measures to fix this. And every month that the Fed waits, more and more businesses lose cash reserves and the less likely they will survive. Best to do this fast and get it over with. Maybe they will after the mid terms, but I doubt it.
