  1. You could just as easily say that the only reason these jobs exist is because the fed dropped interest rates to rock bottom. You dont get to have it both ways. Most of these businesses would not be profitable under normal interest rates. And let me remind everyone we are only at 2.5% percent fed rate. Its a functionally negative interest rate when you consider inflation.
