@mr.blonde7812 Congrats I guess, though beauty is in the eye of the beholder. The Tennessee Valley is a mighty big area that covers most of the state. I personally like the Eastern half of the state as well as the northern plateau area, but thats just me.

@trence5 She stuck with me, but there were others as well, younger even. I dont care if a child is male or female, this nation has so much plenty and so little to truly worry about, children should not feel the need to suicide. Certainly not at the levels that either do. The modern state of the world is truly baffling in its idiosyncrasies.
4
gratitude brother.
4
Ironically, both those things, not eating and lifting, requires a lot of discipline. What do people lack today?
4
Nash and Memphis are both very liberal in the cities and conservative outside the cities. Similar to how the California Bay Area and greater LA area was before the end of the Cold War.

This was huge in China a decade ago. I had a friend who was on a surgical team who went over and thats all they did day after day. He needed a back brace to carry all the money he made. And yes Asian men, typically due to diet, are shorter than western men on average. But I mean, no shoe lifts, but lets cut your leg and put them in braces to grow them more. smh. Here I am complaining about being 6'7".
4
this is why I retired at 46. I feel bad for the young men coming up. Best advice is find a male dominated field you can stomach and grind until you can start doing what you want.
4
@John Grigg The first cruise in the 7th fleet that had two female sailors on board the USS Blue Ridge I was assigned to comms duty in the CIC. There were rumblings about thefts from the ATMs on board ship. We were only gone 3 weeks and the ATMS were empty, wtf? Well after the cruise was done and we stop back in Okinawa to let the Marines off, NIS (Navel Investigations) shows up. I am sitting on the dock with my crypto safe, because my unit left me, and I ask the squid driving the car, who screwed up. He says he cant say, its political, but the two next sailors that come off the ship with the NIS escort were prostituting. Supposedly they made about 57k between them. They had a whole birthing section to themselves. First time with females on board ship. lol I cant imagine what ship life must be like now.
4
@doctordetroit4339 that creates whole new problems. And really doesn't solve feminism. But I like your passion.
4
@cqbguy851 Its not true. For most of the time before WWII, homes were depreciating assets.
4
This isnt even just a man thing. My youngest kid is in high school and he says no one talks to each other. And if you try to talk to anyone they just look at you like you are insane. And if my kid who is a junior and 6'4" 220lbs is having a hard time, I imagine most younger people are. And as bad as he said it is, he said they way women treat each other is worse.
4
@alastor8091 because one of those things is biological the other is social. Some people, due to their size, like myself, automatically trigger the biological reflex. The social part I think is harder. I think a lot of women have just been trained to think that no one will touch them if the smart off or even hit someone, which is really weird when you consider all the patriarchy propaganda. You would think women would be timid as hell. But then every once in a while you see some dude hauling off and hitting a woman into orbit. And so they are shocked. I guess you could reason women being like Chihuahuas. Its kind of an auto defense they are so aggressive. But in a natural world Chihuahuas would be extinct. All that said, its why I dont leave my farm expect when I have to. I feel bad for you younger men.
4
Hey I met you guys while I did some training with the Brits in the mid 90s before we went to Bosnia. Yall can be a little rough. The problem with this younger generation is that they never were physically active. Their bones are literally soft. They didnt climb and fall out of trees or play football or tag. They just played on the internet and stayed in doors. That has some longer term effects. Semper Fi
4
@EKILIBRIUM_official The Romans actually had this happen three times. Once during the Republic, once during the early Empire and then again during the late empire in the 4th century. Each time they gave women to right to inherit property.

This shows you just how skewed the market is. The majority of men should be wanting to be making families. They should want to find a woman, marry her, and have children. This is natural. This is what builds cultures and societies. This will self correct since more and more men are opting out. Women will opt out too in a typical reactionary response. That will mean the end of societies. A lot of guys in the western world, the US and Western Europe thing this is just an issue there. But this is everywhere except for traditional cultures. But even there the cracks are showing. The scary thing is, while everyone is busy chasing "happiness" society is going to collapse. Then many will suffer and die, both men and women. Make sure you have a strong community where you live.
3
@VADemon indeed
3
Thats what they told Charles Martel. Then he held the line. Thats what they thought at Vienna. Then the King of Poland showed up. Its only over when you give up and die.
3
@zephyrr108 Goofy wouldnt get it.
3
@Danjirus Yea that reasoning didnt fly with me either. These people are just lonely and are doing to get any sort of human interaction. A maladaptive coping stratagem. I am not going to judge them though. Our society is clearly not functioning right and hasnt been for a while. Only now, when you cant not see it are people starting to worry about it. I honestly dont know how we are going to roll this back. People are just broken. But worse, they have zero discipline to make themselves better.
3
@i_grok_u2902 That eventually will happen, but I was referring to the immediate future. Last year had the most bank failures in value. Thats the main reason for the "pause". Our entire financial system never recovered from 2008. We just papered over it. Its why rates were at a laughable 0.25% for near a decade. But you are correct. At this rate of spending, not only is it causing inflation but it will become unserviceable.
3
@ShaunHensley most men don't know which end of a hammer to use. Don't drink the Kool aid friend.
3
A man with a truck can make 200 bucks a day in a few hours. If he has a trailer he can double that. Suckers work the daily grind. Women want to be men, let the corporate work world devour them.
3
The argument in the article makes no sense. It says that women who are not college educated women should be more picky when it comes to selecting men because they are income insecure. But what the poll shows is the opposite. To women who earn less income is less of a red flag. The author of this article cant even form a cogent argument.
2
@mr.blonde7812 I like that area, I almost bought a 2nd property in the deer lodge area.
2
@Tushar_Talwar_09 indeed.
2
Gaslighting bots. lol
2
Nikki sounds like a moron. Womens power doesnt come from saying yes, it comes from saying no.
2
@puppiesarepower3682 This was around 2005 or 2006. That particular madness was still not really a thing.
2
@puppiesarepower3682 Yea I grew up in the 70s and 80s. It was not a thing. There were multiple psychologists who tried to see if boys and girls were. One such case was David Reimer in Canada. He was considered a success and proof that sex and gender were just social constructs. Then when he found out what they were telling people he spoke out against them. You see, Reimer lost his penis in a botched circumcision. So they decided to see if they could raise him as girl and see if it took. He committed suicide in 2004. You probably read that book. Yea great turnout. But it was by no means common. Everyone, including mental health and medical personal were horrified when the story came out. I have no idea how old you are, and for most the 60s, 70s and 80s are lifetimes away. But I grew up then as I said, so I am going to call you out on your statement. I dont care what book you read.

I think a lot of people misinterpreted the video and its meaning, or perhaps I am. She has come to the conclusion that she has been having to high of standards and now sees all those around her doing the same and is now at the oh shit moment. That moment of understanding of all the errors in your life that led to this moment. She sees this. But she puts a stand in for the average single woman in her forties in the video. Its a PSA with an ambiguous message. I hope more women start doing this.
2
@TheBigSCG Thank you brother. Our corpsman were always good to us.
2
@blursithflow9442 I doubt there are many in who remember Subic Bay, those days were legendary. In the 90s you could go all weekend in thailand with 20 bucks. Bed, booze and babes. Welcome to the Corps brother.
2
@Goodkidjr43 you would have to ask them. But in short, almost the whole book of Genesis is borrowed from the Sumerians. Why did they use it, no idea. But they did and it's easily provable since we have original Sumerian texts. Probably the same reason why people take old things and claim them a part of their legacy. But that would be just a guess on home all humans seem to act.
2
@zaklex3165 Weird, they said that about me too. Now at 46 I do whatever I want because I dont work. I dont need to. Which was my whole point. There was a time people, even woman, understood the long term. But whatever floats your boat.
2
@Mohawk_Productions Greeneville area is nice.
2
@Mohawk_Productions I would recommend over north of Crossville. Whole area between Wartburg up to Jamestown is really nice. More so if you want animals. Most of Tennessee is nice, except over on the flood plain. But thats more personal preference.
2
Goldman did a prospectus on this about a year or two ago. It was very very black pilled. Looooooooong slow decline. They never used the deflation word, but I dont see how you avoid that. Can you imagine 120k in student debt in a deflationary environment. lol
2
@steveredstone1711 Ah so guns cause crime. it isnt the weapons that cause crime. Cultures are different. Ive lived both in Tokyo and Okinawa as well as Oakland California rural California and East Tennessee. The place with the highest guns per capita is East Tennessee and has the lowest gun crime rate out of any of the three places in the US I have lived. Its not the guns, its the culture. And in Japan female officers have to exit the vehicle before a chase can start. They also are not permitted to physically detain men. The Japanese are not PC and are not stupid.
2
@ShaunHensley I got a natural gas well on my farm. You can keep your turbines. bark bark
2
I hate to sound like a dick, but I am 48 and retired. Let the world eat itself. I will watch from the hills outside Knoxville and laugh.
2
@ArtisChronicles I mean that is the case in nominal dollars. But if you look at it in real dollars, it changes the picture. But most folks dont know the difference between real and nominal dollars. That said, my main point was to correct the individual who said home prices have had double digit increases, or whatever he wrote, every year for the last 100 years. Thats just false. But I dont think its funny. Thats what happens when you endlessly print currency and your nations GDP is 40% government spending. Shit gets weird. But that also will me the down side will be equally as massive. A lot of folks get hurt that way too.
2
@Mayaillu You completely missed the point. To women men dont need to use a weapon. They are that much stronger. So two guys standing at a bus stop is not and issue for those two men. But a woman and a man, the woman has a reason to fear if things go sideways. Do they? No not normally. But people tend to take the most safest route through life. And women arent wrong in that. But they are wrong in the fact that 99% of men would never act in the way that woman fear unless provoked. But your inability to grasp that from my comment speaks to the importance of perspective, which I also touched on in my comment. Doesnt it?
2
@jayb1247 the young men of today never saw that world. They dont understand what it's like. From your comments I have to assume you are older or at the very least someone interested in looking at the past with interest. Few do.
2
Dust thanks. I am more or less. I have nerve damage in my legs but I'm retired now and have a little farm. Got everything I wanted.
2
@bobmcbobson8368 You would be surprised how many of those deals are not in the US. But with Europe commuting suicide by not using Russian energy and China and Japan doing their great dying, well I think all of that will be on the down trend. But domestically I understand. We spend way to much and that has to stop.
1
@SKBottom my friend? Nooooo. He's like the dude from Tremors. He doesn't even use the internet.
1
This always happens pre deployment. The men who get them pregnant, NGP at best. The women, basically just miss the movement. Which should be career ending. But we have to keep those female engagement numbers up. The sad thing is when females first enlist in the military they arent like that. It takes about two years for them to understand just how much they can game the system. And then even the best of them does it. And honestly, I cant really blame them.

The self sabotage is at pathological levels

This is kind of what you would expect once all the people who existed before social welfare finally die off. There is no more self control, no more self discipline and no more struggle. If you get fired, oh well, you get on welfare. If you lose your apartment, you crash with friends or your parents. Its just an endless wasteland of people who are unable to accept responsibility and self regulate. Whats really going to be sad is that in a few years the Feds wont be able to give all the free social welfare and keep inflation in check. So they will have to chose. You think things are bad now. People dont even have a clue. Imagine roving gangs of vets with ptsd who not longer get treated by the VA, because you know thats who they are going to cut off first. lol Thank for the content Joker. 07

This is a rehash of "dating tips" from the late Victorian era. That was when if you went on a dinner date with a man you were considered an escort not a woman being courted. These rules only work when there is no sex happening. Women want emotional commitment. Men want sexual commitment. Men gave emotional commitment by proposing. Women gave sexual commitment by accepting. But in current year one is is seen as oppressive the other, simpish. Our male/female interpersonal dynamic is utterly broken. The question is, how do we fix it, before the inevitable happens?
