@TPrivate Its a power vacuum. The current US Navy cannot patrol the worlds oceans. It no longer has enough of the types of ships needed to do that. Everything went to CV management. Piracy has always been a problem, but as the US has changed its naval strategy more and more places are seeing piracy. The thing piracy will do is it will add a premium to cargo shipping costs. And even then sometimes you will lose ships. When you have trade breaking down and you lose a whole ship, you could very well have an industry shut down. Ultimately more nations will have to build navies to protect their trade, like before WWII. That extra cost crushes globalism.

College systems in most states get more than enough money. What has happened in that you have professors and admins who make ungodly sums of money while their grad students teach their classes. The biggest problem with Colleges and Universities is that there is way to much money going into them. They have gotten fat and happy on the taxpayer teat. That needs to end.

Most people who go to college or university dont get educated, they get indoctrinated. That is the difference. Thats not being anti education. Add to it the number of moronic degrees that are offered, because many people in high education just dont belong there, make the case for itself.
