  4.  @loganskiwyse7823  You really should actually read the Supreme Courts recent ruling. They stated it would violate the 10th amendment. Congress cant pass a law, it needs to pass a Constitutional amendment.

  8.  @pickettmandi  it has no merit because there is no standing. If a crime was committed it must be heard in a federal court since the alleged crime is federal. Even if this court finds her guilty any appealette court will over turn it. They brought the suit to the wrong court, in law that matters.

  11.  @pickettmandi  Yes so why would that amendment apply to her? We have something called presumption of innocence in the US. If a trial on that event were to be held, it should be held by a Federal court. Charges should be brought by the US government, not what is basically a civil lawsuit turned circus. A Georgian court has no legal standing to even hear the case. All this does is rabble rouse both sides. I mean the Feds are still holding people now, to this day, without charges or trial. If they thought she was guilty they would detain her to.

  13.  @vikra2040  You are ignorant of legal history in the US. The courts in the state of Georgia do not have the authority under the Georgia State Constitution to enact judicial review. That means they cannot decide the constitutionality of anything. Only rule on if a law has been broken or if it applies. I would say this if it was a leftist. You are transparent. But nice try though. You lot are going to keep pushing until the mass of people gets angry and then bad things will happen. You just dont get it.

  14. Even then, the Supreme Court has already ruled and stated the Federal Government doesnt have the authority to mandate every state have abortion access. It violates the 10th amendment. Congress would literally have to pass a Constitutional amendment.

  17.  @PaularBeer  With Chinas dumping of fentanyl into Mexico, they have been taking the British approach of the Opium wars. Most people dont see that. That said you are spot on about NATO. To bad NATO didnt allow Russia to join post soviet collapse like they tried to. All of this could have been avoided. Some people cant let the cold war go.
