  2.  @loganskiwyse7823  You really should actually read the Supreme Courts recent ruling. They stated it would violate the 10th amendment. Congress cant pass a law, it needs to pass a Constitutional amendment.

  5. Even then, the Supreme Court has already ruled and stated the Federal Government doesnt have the authority to mandate every state have abortion access. It violates the 10th amendment. Congress would literally have to pass a Constitutional amendment.
