This is probably why I see 10 workers in front of an open trench on a road site construction job and one dude in the hole shoveling. Inefficiencies exist in all jobs. All non hackers deserve to be terminated. And I wont cry for them. They know who they are.

@claytonmatt4334 Seem that in EVERY state I have been to. Doesnt matter if its a union or non union state. Again, every job has inefficiencies. Are there lazy people, yea. Probably 15 percent of every company needs to be terminated. But sometimes all you can do is hurry up and wait.

@danzdog I use to work for KP, they refused to fire people. Bad managers would be recycled to Oakland to be executive VP of toilet paper. Insanely ridiculous. My whole job was fixing other peoples mistakes. They didnt care, just keep making mistakes.

@claytonmatt4334 yea like I said, I inefficiencies. And then you agreed with me, weird. Why did you take my comment out of context? You having a bad day or are you just not capable of reasoning?

This is a joke. The labor market still hasnt recovered to the highs that existed before covid. The only reason the unemployment rate is so low is that they dont count people who are not looking for work. All you have to do is look at the Labor Force Participation rate. Prior to covid it was 63.3%, currently its 62.6%. The government is lying to you. Thats all it does.
