  1. All of these things track with social media use via smart phone. You can say its this or that app, but its the smart phone that takes the individual out of the group dynamic. Go to any restaurant, half the people arent talking to each other at the same table, they are just banging away on their phones. And as the use of smart phones spread, more and more people succumbed to it. People arent depressed. They are lonely. They are starving for social interaction. They just dont understand that their use of smart phones is causing the problem. Either that or they dont care because there is some addiction mechanics in there as well.
