  1. Id argue that people in general, and women in this case, can only get to higher levels in theoretical physics or advanced math must have extraordinary discipline, or be naturally gifted. Few are gifted. These women simply have high levels of discipline. That probably rolls over to their diets as well.

  2. The modern world replaced spiritualism with materialism. This hits women really hard because they are resource attracted, typically, on some level even if most arent aware on first glance. As a woman is able to earn more, they become satiated, similar to what porn does to many men. A man has to find a way to jump that initial chasm that is the physical attraction barrier. And as more people are obese and overweight that becomes ever more difficult. I'd argue that men cant rely on the government for the above reason, they might pass the attractiveness test, but when the woman finds out they are not able to boost the financial security or social status, the connection goes no farther than a physical one, which as you pointed out has a very negative effect on the woman downstream for future long term relationships. Romantic relationships becomes hard at that point. Then throw in lack of social skills becomes everyone has their face in their phone. And you just have compounding effects. I've really worked hard on that with my 3 sons. Each seems to do well with women. The girls and women they have dated though, few I would want in my family. They completely lack social skills for the most part. I cannot imagine they would make decent mothers, let alone wives. There is a significant dearth of good women out there as well.
