  1. Who thought this was a good idea? Have they driven out all their talent and just replaced them with DEI hires? I'm not even angry or sad about it. I just dont understand it from a corporate standpoint. I mean the job of a company is to make money. Did they seriously forget that? Kill 90% of your audience to capture the mythical "modern audience"? How many times does this have to be done and fail? Blackrock and Vanguard must be losing a ton funding all these things. Glad my 401k and IRA arent with them.
