@howlingdin9332 Carter was pretty limited by the politics of the day. Recently out of Vietnam and detente happening with the Soviet Union and Nixon's opening of China. Carter did have the spectacular failure that was Operation Eagle Claw though.

@00SmileTime00 If you mean Bill Clinton, He sent me to Somalia and Bosnia. I was a boot Marine at the time. People forget the dumpster fire that was Clintons handling of the melt down of Yugoslavia. Clinton was also the individual who started bombing random countries for "reasons". Afghanistan and Sudan just to name two places.
