  1. The position that all poor people can afford is bad food is a false one. What you eat isnt as important as how many calories you consume. Take an athlete like Michael Phelps. He would eat 8 Big Macs for lunch and then go swim after, burning all those calories. Fat people are fat because they eat more calories than they metabolize. People know this, they are just coping. No one wants to feel bad but if you are a fatty, you should feel bad. It shows you have a utter lack of discipline and personal responsibility. But you can be better, just have to do it like how you got fat, little by little every day.
