  1. Explain to me the difference between moving a factory overseas or repatriating it but then staffing it with foreign workers? There isnt one. Then add to that the increased competition for goods and services here in that area that the increased immigration causes and the depression to the wages that foreign workers cause. If they need H1B visa workers it should be required that they invest in Americans to train them to do the work as well. For every H1B visa then need to have a scholarship program for one American. That would very quickly sort this "shortage" out. You could even make that scholarship money tax deductible so it wouldnt hurt the company. All of these problems exist on purpose. To keep the plebs fighting each other.
