  1. There is an easy way, you give them, the bureaucrat, a cut of the money saved. Say 10%. You would see budgets being slashed of waste. Same in the military. If the rank and file got a cut of the savings, you would see the military budget get cut in half.

  2.  @heyimanameheyimalastname  you apparently dont understand just how much fraud waste and abuse there is. In one H&S co in the Marine Corps in the 90s I found over 3 million in waste in one year. Just waste. That was just one Marine Company in one section of the Headquarters and Service platoon. Both my sons who are in today say it is far worse now.

  3. the problem is that Congress wont cut anything. And every dollar that they do cut, is now one less in GDP.
