  1.  @MartyMcflyist  Posse Comitatus does not apply when the individual states themselves refuse to enforce law. The Act was designed to prevent the Federal government interfering with lawful state actions, not illegal ones.

Id like to point out that there are 17, SEVENTEEN "sanctuary" states (California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, and Washington, 18 if you include DC.) How much do you want to bet that these Guardsmen are headed to those states?
