  1. Having seen several public executions asmon is wrong. Public executions are a thing so the public knows that justice is being carried out, not hidden away in some building at midnight when they are all in bed. But in the day time, in the light, where they all have to look and see it. It lets them know justice exists. Thats the problem, justice is hidden today. So no one thinks it happens.
