  1. You are right about viewership. Both of my sons have left the house, 18 and 21, neither watches TV. Its all online stuff. Just recently got my mom to finally cut the cable. She still watches stuff via Roku. But if my 80 year old mother is changing, so are a lot of other younger folks. I cant remember the last time I watched cable TV, maybe Sharknado 3? How long ago was that? The internet allows for niche content. Something that just doesnt work at scale for cable. Its why everything on TV is the same. They need every single person they can get to watch. And in doing so sterilize anything they produce.
