  1.  @alltheway99  Because housing since WWII has increased in value. Its gone up and down of course but overall its trending upward. Of course demand trended upward too. But as the boomers die, there wont be enough demand from both the Zoomers and Gen Alpha to fill the void left by just the boomers, and what little space they do take up, will be over the course of two generations, not one. People dont understand whats about to happen over the next two decades demographically all over the world.
