  1. If the Fed cuts rates buying real estate wont be your biggest issue. This is insane, the Fed will not pivot, they cant. If they do inflation eats everyone.

  2. Feds wont even be able to drop rates then. With all the foreign money that will come pouring in, just for bonds alone will cause inflation to keep rising. If you are Japanese, will you buy a domestic 0% Japanese bond or an American one at 5%? Its not even a question. Same with the Brits, and the Germans, and everyone else.
