Ramsey is just debt phobic. Which for the average American is a good philosophy. But that line of thought limits your ability to leverage debt to make additional money. It also protects you from over extending. As far as his housing comments, I think he just doesnt understand how much things have changed, from a demographic standpoint.

@lenovomoto7612 Thats your bet to make. Though I am not sure how people will be able to afford increasing prices with lending costs exploding and recession with layoffs and hour and pay cuts factored in. Not to mention inflation eating at their remaining income. But I do wish you luck.
