  1. Newsom is just another symptom. He isnt the cause. It took a long time for California to get where it is. He certainly isnt helping things though.

  2. A real estate crash will kill California. All of the municipalities that are over leveraged with debt will default like Stockton and Vallejo did. Not one county or city has their finances in order, not one. Covid has only made all of those problems worse. California is about to turn into Detroit. Call your county, they know the exact date they will be broke.

  3. You people waiting for a drop in California real estate dont see the problem. You think oh I will get a good deal. Meanwhile your over leveraged city or county will default on its loans that the last 50 years of Californians have voted for. Places like Vallejo and Stockton will become the norm. The few businesses left will flee and California will implode. There is more to purchasing property than looking at is price tag. Leave while you can, just remember why California turned out the way it has.
