  1. People have a very short memory. I bough several move in ready homes in California for more than 50% under their highs. You would think for something so traumatic, people would remember better. But for most its like it never happened. Sold everything in 2021-22. Now I am just waiting again.

  4. The Apple savings account isnt really Apple's, its ran by Goldman Sachs. It is FDIC insured though. You have to have an Apple Card. The Apple Card gives a 3% cash back, Apple is losing this money. So they want a way to recoup it. Id also like to point out how wrong that inflation chart is, because over the decades, the way we calculate inflation and basically been neutered for political reasons. But that would probably get most people lost.
