  1.  @EmilGhiurau  A lot of these people are going to lose their houses when the recession hits and people lose jobs. Then they will have to sell over leveraged assets. That is the time to buy. Also as the boomers die, and that front end is above the average life expectancy, their kids and grand kids will be looking to sell their properties for whatever they can. If you are looking for a good deal and not just a place you can afford, be patient. Its coming. Nationwide home prices dipped 3 almost percent in Feb. The correction is already beginning.
