  1. Boomers going into care home, has to sell their home to pay for long term care. Boomers dying, kids sell the house to make some much needed cash. Boomers no longer able to care for themselves and move in with a child. etc etc. And when the boomers go, well they are the single largest home owning generation of all time. The oldest boomers are 75. They are starting to die in mass.
