  1. the argument that home prices cannot crash because there is no surplus is just bad reasoning. Home prices did not go up because there were a lack of homes, they went up because there was cheap money. And I am not talking since covaids, im talking all the way back to 2014. Now that money is less cheap, those prices should come down. Anyone who holds out is going to be left holding very overpriced property.
