  2. Are these "quitters" adjusted for boomers retiring? 3 million boomers are retiring every year averaged over their generation. Something to consider. Boomers started retiring in 2011. I think many, because of the stock market crash held off retirement to re earn what they lost. Now you are seeing them utterly tap out. But without the age of the "quitters" you cant see if they are young people quitting or boomers retiring. A lot of individuals are starting businesses.
