  3. Just look at all the empty retail houses. They are everywhere. There are already so many people over leveraged that need to sell and layoffs havent started. And with energy futures being with what they are, this winter combined with layoffs are going to see housing burst. Dude was all cap. If you are a home owner and think you might need to sell, you need to do it now.
