  1. Ramsey and other business people are in for a shock. The economic paradigm has changed. For all of human history one factor has been counted on, the increase of humans in a market. That is changing in all of the world, outside sub saharan africa. Demand will be decreasing every year. And these people either dont see it or dont know how to come up with something new to address this no economic variable that utterly destroys all current economic theories that have ever been created. So you will see much more of this from all sorts of people who should know better because the other option is simply saying the emperor has no clothes and then everyone loses everything.
