  1. Those same experts continued making money these last 10 months. It works until it doesnt. Thats the issue. When enough people understand that market psychology changes. Everyone in housing knew in November a downturn was coming. Its just that things were already in motion and they hope to leave others holding the bag, as they always do.

  3. The CPI only plateaued. If you look at it everything is still going up except oil and energy. Both of those will spike soon. Energy because winter is coming and oil because after the election the federal strat oil reserve will stop discharging an additional million barrels a day and Russian production hitting the market out of the Baltic will stop. Thats anywhere from 2- 4 million barrels a day. Then add to that Freeport LNG coming back on line and exporting LNG to Europe, up goes nat gas prices again. People havent seen high energy and oil prices yet.
