  1. You can blame whoever you like, the Fed, via political pressure, has so warped the market, every market, that nothing is priced what it should be. As they tighten, it will adjust back. Then we will see rental units getting foreclosed on like in 2008-2009 because the market is always, always chasing demand. And then poof, demand is gone.
