  1. People keep complaining about these investment groups. But most are going down. No one talks about how Blackrock stopped real estate fund withdrawal requests after Republican State Treasurers pull over a billion our of the real estate fund. They are going to keep hemorrhaging money and losses will pile up. This says nothing for these funds exposure in China and Europe which are being decimated. If people stay calm they will get really good deals. But, and I say this with all seriousness, people should watch how leveraged they are. A lot of people are going to err and go crazy trying to pick up properties and get into the same kind of trouble. No one ever learns.
