  1. Just a point on percentages, if homes are up 43% since 2018, that would mean those homes would only need a decline of 29-30% to come back to that same baseline. That will happen, easily.

  2.  @kylegross1081  I mean you can only go by official numbers that way everyone is on the same boat math wise. but you are right on the inflation stats. They are crap. If they are honest, world wide everything would implode overnight. regardless, my point was is most people dont know how percentages work. Its funny reading the comments.
