I would encourage anyone who is looking to buy to wait until next year. Octobers business numbers are very bad. 47% of all businesses that employ over half the private sector employees in the US couldnt make rent. The amount of layoffs coming are going to devastate the economy. You may think your job is secure, but it very well could be at risk without you knowing. Its literally 50/50 at this point.

@realestatemindset it will not be pretty. Considering how many investors are literally betting on a fed pivot. It's like a religion at this point.

@realestatemindset It will be more than just the small business. 40% of the stock market doesnt even turn a profit, they have just existed of the endless cheap/free money. Companies like Bed Bath and Beyond, Cravana, and most media companies are going to die over the next decade. I still think either Target or Walmart arent going to last through this downturn. But in the end it will most likely be the small investor who ends up holding the bag. It always is.
