With price drops, houses that are relatively well prices still pop off the market in short order. Its the boomer houses, where the owner has died or someone who has over leveraged that the prices are still high on. When these people finally understand that they cannot get what they want or need for their homes you will see prices drop dramatically. But these people still put their houses on the market at a high price so they can say prices havent dropped. But the mask is slipping.
