  1. We have a lot of homes here in east Tennessee that have dropped at least 7 to 10%. I have even seen several that were overall $100k price drops. People are starting to understand whats coming and want out of the market now.

  2.  @krassimirpetrov7131  Yea but this is only 4 months into interest rate tightening. There wll be easily 50% price reductions here. Its the only way the income to debt ratio makes economic sense. It will take time. But I bring it up because the economy here is still very healthy. But so many of the homes listed are just empty. They will have to drop more faster if they want out of the market. Things do take time
