Appropriately priced homes still sell rather quickly, but thats going to dry up once the recession starts.

@JIMFED63 So you have sold your home for a 45k gain? Or are you just looking at what someone tells you its worth. I hate to tell you this, your house, just like any other asset is not worth what you paid for it. Its only worth what someone else will pay for it.

@JIMFED63 Thats not your house now is it? And just because thats the asking price, that doesnt mean thats what is sells for. In 2008 I bought a home in California for 216k. DR Horton was asking 523k for it. Do the math! Listed prices arent sold for prices. But keep coping.
