  2. This article is cope. None of these groups that say housing is going strong and is not in a bubble ever show their demand data. There is no demand. Its fake, its a lie. The demography is known. What we are dealing with now is psychology. Which is a very different thing. Its difficult to change psychology, but when it finally changes it changes, and is again, difficult the change back. For the last 50 years housing has been an inflating asset because of the massive demand increase from the first the boomers and then the millennials. The boomers are near their end most of the millennials who want to buy have. There are not enough coming after to make up the difference. Housing, along with many other asset classes will have no choice but to deflate. They will never show you the important data, because they make it up.
