  1.  @realestatemindset  I retired last year in Feb. Made 11k working those two months, not paid in taxes, just earned gross. I got a 12k tax return from the Feds. People have no idea how much "free" money is rolling around.

  2. Because only the south saw home price increases. lol Respectfully, yea prices here in the south have gone up a lot. But they are much worse in Texas, Arizona, Utah and Idaho. On the positive side for southerners is that home prices are so high that the average southerner can no longer afford the average house sold. That means prices will fall. They have to. There is no support for them to be that high, only "irrational exuberance".
