  3. No, they are just trying to live another day. Margin calls are starting. They cant just hold the cash, they have to at least try to invest it. This is what happens when you are over leveraged. You dont have the option to just stop.

  5. So they are buying homes that they cant rent out at a rate of return that is positive and there is no demand for and that is decreasing in value? Doesnt seem like a smart investment, even with right offs.
