  1. Peoples debt is going to kill them and prevent them from entering markets. Auto debt, credit card debt, school loan debt, mortgage debt. With increasing interest rates, standards of living have to correct. That means massive price corrections in all asset classes. I still think people are thinking to small when it comes to the housing correction. It will at least be 40%, minimum.
