  2. A lot of that was because of the tariffs the current admin had on lumber so Canada reduced exports. But apparently they sorted it out now and so lumber is just rolling in. The only thing keeping lumber up is excess liquidity in the market.

  3. Thats because Ramsey and people like him fail to understand that demand has reach an inflection point. This is a completely foreign idea to him and many others. So his idea is everything will increase in value, including housing. But it wont. Housing as an inflationary item is done. As the boomers die and the Zoomers pick up there just arent enough zoomers to keep demand where it is. So you will have a glut. From a demographic standpoint 2020 was the high water mark. But insanely low interest rates and piles of cash kept the frenzy going. All of that is done. This is a new world, those that wont adjust to the new realities will be dead.

  4.  @Canadian_Eh_I  The smart drop them early, to sell the asset. Pride makes people into holders. Holders are always left holding the loss.
