If rates go back down, IF, it will be due to a massive economic recession. Buyers wont qualify. But even then I think the Fed has been clear. The only thing they care about now is inflation. Market be damned.

@realestatemindset If rates go down I think the recessionary pressures would probably be massive economic job loss. I dont know if there would be enough qualified buyers to increase demand at that point. Its like my Gunny told me, the only way out of the ambush is through it. You cant stop and go back. If the Fed stops its push we will have the worst of both worlds. Catastrophic would be putting it kindly.
