Even core logic and the others are scams. People put their house on the market for an insane amount wow shocker overnight the value of that house goes up 300k. lol Its a racket, a scam, and people who fall for it get what they rate. Shame none of these grifters will get their due though.

@Mercedes1995 Well my grandmother is dead. So that doesnt really matter. But you totally missed my point. But I did enjoy your straw man. Zillow and core logic push prices higher based off nothing more than the original asking price. Its why prices kept going up. Look at the graphs. A huge spike in the value the same month the house is put on the market... shocking. But yea, my grandma's house. lol I am not even talking about the seller. Maybe you should learn to read a little, dude.
