  1. There is a home outside Knoxville Tn. Last March, in 2021 it went on the market for 600k. It is 47 acres and a 2200 sd ft house with basement, barn, pond, and a few out buildings. Steadily cut the price down to 350k, finally its gone contingent, but we will see if they can get a mortgage. People are still asking insane prices for properties. They still dont understand. Anyone who is sane and needs to sell should do it now. Once the layoffs happen and everyone start short selling its going to get multiples worse
