  1. Thats where the issue is. Why are appraisals coming in so high? People blame the realtors and the banks. but its the appraisal companies that allow this kind of run up to happen. I mean I still remember when an appraisal was an all day thing, now you are lucky if they even drive buy your neighborhood.

  2.  @Jason-andTheArgonauts  I know. It would end a lot of this stuff. But with Freddie buying all the mortgages from lenders I guess banks dont even care. I wonder if they will care if they dont get bailed out this time?
