  1. Black Knight's earnings came in the other day, down 41 or 44% I think. The band is still playing and people are still dinning, but the lower part of the ship is filling with water. Auto loan defaults continuing to rise. Banks cant sell vehicles at auctions because the prices are to high. Credit card defaults continuing to rise. Roughly 50 percent of commercial real estate is empty. Inflation starting to come back, which yea it is because it never went away. But hey, the new GDP numbers are in at 2.6, which means the economy is on fire so the Fed can do more rate hikes. Everything is fine folks. lol
