@realestatemindset If Powell has balls and doesnt waffle. The Fed loves to waffle. Its like trying to figure out what a cryptic answer from the oracle at Delphi means. Honestly they need a 50 point bump for the markets to take them seriously. And he needs to be painfully direct. I dont have hopes on either of those two things. They are to worried about the market to do their jobs.

Blackstone's earning numbers came out, revenue was down over 70%.(How their stock continues to rise is suspect at best) Their net income was down 75%. This doesnt even include them preventing people from withdrawing their money from them. Most of these RIETs, housing or commercial, arent going to survive. I mean right now half of all commercial real estate is empty. I dont think people understand the catastrophic systemic failure that is about to occur. People are looking at things like foreclosures and employment numbers. But those are all down stream things. Respectfully, I think a lot of people are worried about the icing on the cake while the cake itself is rotten. Make sure you are in a position to take care of your loved ones.
